Frequently Asked Questions Can phone consultations occur on weekends or holidays? Yes, but an additional charge will apply of $50 for every 30 minutes. Is scheduling guaranteed within my preferred timeframe? No, but your payment is refunded if we cannot schedule on a day or time that suits your needs. Your email access to Dr. Jones begins on the first business day following your first email. Emails received after 5pm EST on Friday will receive a reply no later than 5pm EST on the following Monday.
